Healthy Habit #19: (( PRE-WORKOUT ))
Our entire pre-workout routine has an immense impact on our overall workout. Just think about the importance of preparing for anything; how you prepare yourself in the hour prior to an exam or work presentation can affect your performance. Similarly, how we prepare ourselves for a workout can really benefit how it goes. Remember, it’s about training smarter, not harder. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym to get in a great workout, rather, you just need to form the habit of preparing yourself for a workout and having an effective one! Here’s my perfect pre-workout routine!
