How To Become A Morning Person
Habit 3 of 5: (( NIGHT PRIOR ))  
Setting aside 15 minutes per night to get yourself ready for the next day can be the difference between an easy breezy morning and one where you’re rushing out the door 10 minutes late with your smoothie spilling over your inside out blouse ((chronicles of Lauren Gleisberg)) Think of this in the same way you prepare for a vacation; you analyze the days ahead, think of everything you’ll need, then plan accordingly. Give you calendar a glance. Will you be heading straight to class or the office after your morning workout and in need of an extra change of clothes? Will you be staying late to work on a project and need to pack a snack? These are the easy things to put off until morning, but I’m sure just 10 panic-free minutes in the morning could help bring that peace and productivity to your day! Set yourself up for success by preparing your day the night prior!
Some thing I do each night:
-lay out my gym clothes
-fill a large pitcher of water and add fruit to infuse overnight
-pack any meals I will be eating out of the house
-ensure I have all my ingredients for breakfast
-start making tomorrow’s to-do list
