Week 5 Schedule (#LGFitmas Day 29) – 12/21

IT’S THE FINAL WEEK OF #LGFITMAS 🙂

A
huge part of success in any area of life is having a plan and
schedule…our health & fitness goals can certainly benefit from
spending some time in the planning phase. I created a weekly schedule
for you all to track what you’re eating, how much water you’re drinking,
workouts, completed challenges, and check ins with the rest of the
community on Instagram! Especially when it comes to meals, it’s really
helpful to write that down. I ask myself, “is that cookie worth having
to write ‘snacked on a cookie’ in your food journal?”

Day 29 Challenge: (( COZY  )) This time of the year is extremely hectic and if you celebrate Christmas, this week may have you all over the place; today, make some time to create a cozy place and share it with the #LGAccountability community. For myself, I’m thinking….robe, slippers, hot tea, and a Christmas movie. What’s yours??

This week will really challenge you, so use the
community via Instagram to stay connected and motivated! Leave some
love on the pages of others!
