WEEK 4 SCHEDULE (#LGFitmas Day 22) – 12/14

A huge part of success in any area of life is having a plan and schedule…our health & fitness goals can certainly benefit from spending some time in the planning phase. I created a weekly schedule for you all to track what you’re eating, how much water you’re drinking, workouts, completed challenges, and check ins with the rest of the community on Instagram! Especially when it comes to meals, it’s really helpful to write that down. I ask myself, “is that cookie worth having to write ‘snacked on a cookie’ in your food journal?”

Day 22 Challenge: (( GROCERIES )) When you fill your refrigerator and pantry with nutritious items, you’re more likely to grab those over junk. Look at this approach as focusing on choosing more “good” over worrying about eliminating the “bad.” Share with the #LGAccountability community what you picked up from the grocery store, your fridge, and/or your pantry!

We’re in the home stretch ladies; this is when it gets tough, so use the community via Instagram to stay connected and motivated! Leave some love on the pages of others!
