Motivation Monday Tip: It’s a new month! Can you believe it?! The first of the month is symbolic of a fresh start; it’s the perfect time to put the past in the past and set your focus on your goals. I believe in only looking back when you’re learning from your past. What did you succeed at in November? Pat yourself on the back, and keep up the great work. What did you struggle with? Make that your December goal! We know goal setting is beneficial, but we often fail to actually take a few minutes out of our day to answer these questions. Jot your December goal down in your planner, on a post-it or somewhere you see it on a daily basis!
Day 9 Challenge: Celebrate Cyber Monday with a motivational gift for yourself! Yes, I’m challenging you to that lol. It can be big or small – a new pair of tennis shoes, a box of your favorite protein bars, or a new type of tea! There are so many great deals out there so take advantage of your favorite and let it serve as December motivation!

    Hi Lauren, what do you mean with "skip" on a treadmill? and what kind of exercise can I do, when I don't own a medecine ball?

    Skip on the treadmill just as children do on the elementary school playground – it seems silly at first but it's crazy good cardio! If you don't have a medicine ball, try holding a dumbbell and making wood chopping movements/rowing a boat while standing 🙂
