HEALTHY ROASTED CINNAMON APPLE RECIPE

We all have our favorite food items – they’re the ones we consider
staples and never fail to pick up at the grocery store!  I suggest taking what you already love and prepping it differently
to create a completely new meal! All this requires is a quick Google or
Pinterest search. 
I love apples and eat one almost every day after my workout for a quick-digesting carbohydrate source! This recipe is a great way to switch up a traditional apple!
These roasted apples are especially delicious on a cool, winter day!

Ingredients:
1 apple
1 tbsp raw honey
Ground cinnamon to taste
Prep:
(1) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
(2) Slice the apple in half, removing the core
(3) Drizzle honey on top of each apple; 1/2 tbsp on each 
(4) Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top
(5) Bake for 30 minutes
