Tip of the Day: To build the booty or to shrink it – that is the question! I’m joking, but serious at the same time. I receive a lot of questions from ladies who are confused on how leg and glute workouts can differ in their emphasis: some “build” while others “shrink.” Maybe yes? Maybe no? Let’s get down to it.     Nice set of workouts! Looking forward to trying them. It's kind of strange, I always had a big butt my whole life, but it has gotten smaller from working out and building muscle. My whole body has gotten proportionately smaller from working out for about a year. I do a lot of squats, so I was a bit confused as to why my butt would shrink. The only conclusion I can come to is that before I was carrying more fat and now I am carrying more muscle, which is denser and smaller than fat.
