Tip of the Day: The other day, I was reading an article on how setting goals isn’t enough…it takes a well thought out plan as well! The article provided an excellent example of building a house; a builder wouldn’t just show up to a lot with building materials and no prior plan. There’s always a blueprint! That got me thinking about workouts. How many times do you go to the gym and just wing it?  Compare those workouts to ones where you’re following a plan. If you’re anything like me, you thrive off of following some sort of guide. Even if you spend just 5 minutes in your car before heading into the gym, be sure to set aside time to construct a workout plan for yourself. For that reason, I created my daily workouts as jpgs that you can simply save to your phone. I also use the notes section on my phone to jot down a few exercises that I can reference during my workout. Having a plan will ensure your workout stays focused and efficient! It’s also the best way to workout in a short amount of time!
