Tip of the Day: You can never go wrong with the basics! If you’re anything like me, your closet is filled with a a slew of random and daring pieces: glitter sky high heels, a leather motorcycle jacket, a sequin skirt… the list goes on and on! Yet, 9 times out of 10, I reach for the blue jeans, the white fitted tee, the black pumps…the basics!
Just like our basics never fail us in our wardrobe, the basic movements are a great go-to in the gym. I’ve found this to be especially true on leg day! It’s great to switch things up by adding new exercises or rearranging the workout structure, but certain staple movements prove time and time again to be the most effective. Today’s workout features the basic movements I find to yield great results. If you’re looking to build lean muscle and create a fit shape on your body, I suggest including these or the majority of these movements into your leg day routine!

    I am so sorry if this causes you any offence, but if I ask you something it is because I am really desperate.
    My partner suffers from erectile dysfunction and is unable to make love to me.
