Photo is from last night before my evening yoga class! 
My go to yoga look is a fitted tank (tank so there’s no restricted movement around the arms and form fitting so the shirt doesn’t flip up when I invert), tight crops or leggings (again, so movement restrictions) & a bun (so my pony tail doesn’t whip me in the face lol).

Tip of the Day: I’m in the yoga spirit, so I want to share why I think it’s a great addition for those who are regularly weight training. Weight training can compromise our flexibility, which puts us at an added risk for injury and overall achy-ness. Now, you don’t need to take a yoga class to receive the benefits of yoga! In fact, my bedtime routine typically includes 5-10 minutes of yoga stretches. Sometimes, I’ll just go through a few of my favorite poses and other times, I’ll hop on YouTube; YouTube is a wonderful, free resource for thousands of yoga workouts. Even just a few minutes a day can really benefit a weight lifter!
