Legs & Glutes – 8/4

Legs:
-Sumo back squats
     superset with barbell dead lifts
-Single leg, leg press
     superset with pop squats
-Dumbbell walking lunges

Glutes Circuit:
-Cable/TRX squats
-Curtsey lunges
-Jump squats
….rest & repeat 3x

    Which machine do you use for single leg press? And do you have explaination for the trx squat? Don't fully understand from the download. Thank you!
