     superset with high jumps

     superset with alternating jumping lunges
-Dumbbell single leg lunges with back leg on bench

Last week’s squat emphasized leg workouts was so fun, I thought I would throw in my favorite lunge exercises into one workout!

Tip of the Day: MOTIVATION MONDAY! Set the standards for which you judge your life. I enjoy weight training workouts because there are no rules: some days you go for high rep counts, other days you go for personal strength records, certain days you go for fun, and there are days where you don’t go at all. Whichever way it is, you are the one in control of the standards for your workout. Likewise, you set the standards in your life. We are each in complete control of the way we think, feel, speak, and act. There is also the realization following that guideline that we are in no position to judge another person for the way they live their life or have established their standards. You know who this benefits most? YOU! The less you are concerned with judging other, the more concern you will have for creating stellar standards in your own life.
