Are you all liking these circuits as much as I am?! I know they haven’t been my typical circuit structure, but it’s amazing how performing one exercise then the next thenn the next thennn the next thennnn the next is great cardio! I’m digging it for sure!

Tip of the Day: I just love various health and fitness finds to keep me motivated. New Nikes or a new pair of Lululemon crops are my occasional splurges, but I love inexpensive finds more! These four veggie holds are perfect for the fridge to keep things organized and looking cute. The brand is joie and they were purchased at TJ Maxx each for just under $3. The next time you’re struggling with motivation, walk through stores like Target, Walmart, Ross, or TJ Maxx, and look for an affordable items that will crank up your excitement for healthy eating or working out; it may seem superficial, but I swear it’s an instant motivation surge!
EBOOK UPDATE: I’ve been receiving a lot of questions regarding whether my soon-to-be-released ebook (watch for it on Monday) will be an at home or in the gym program. The answer is something you all will like…BOTH! There are 4 pieces of equipment required: dumbbells, jump rope, timer, and a step/bench/box/chair. When I began trying out these fat burning workouts, I was in the gym, so I could have a variety of dumbbells to select from, but I found I was primarily using 10lbs. The reason these workouts can be done anywhere is because the workouts are all about high rep intervals that mostly use body weight resistance to maximize calorie burning, so heavy weights are not necessary! Look for a sneak peak of some of the workouts on my Instagram!
