One thing I often do before getting out of bed is look through my pictures. It’s kind of odd, but reflecting on the good memories and moments behind those pictures is the perfect motivation to begin a wonderful day. Rise & grind!
It’s not only about seeing your results, but also about feeling them!

Tip of the Day: Take sets to failure! So often, we shoot for rep ranges. For instance, when attempting to build muscles, individuals may stick to a rep range between 6-10 reps, while high rep/high volume training may have a target rep range of 20+ reps. Even in my downloadable workout plans, I specify rep ranges. What we often fail to recognize is that those numbers are targets. For instance, if I have a target rep range of 15 repetitions on a bicep curl, I will occasionally notice myself stopping at 15, even if I have the endurance to preform another couple of reps. Taking sets to failure implies that in every movement, you only stop when you physically cannot complete any more reps with proper form. This technique ensures a deeper muscle breakdown, which will yield better results.
