Tip of the Day: There’s no such thing as the “best” cardio machine; in fact, there’s no reason cardio even has to be done on a machine. Cardiovascular training is training of the heart, which involves aerobic exercise that utilizes the aerobic energy-generating process. There are no limits or rules, and because cardio is not something enjoyed by everyone, my best piece of advice is to make it fun! For me, fun comes from switching up the types of cardio and machines. When I am focused on training for a specific reason, I select my cardio workout accordingly. For instance, this week, we’re focusing on building curves made of muscle and glute training is something I enjoy because I LOVE the results 😉 Therefore, picking cardio that engages the glutes (ie: stairs, sprints, incline walking/running) is a great option!
