Tip of the Day: Use mantras to keep up motivation! Now, as a health and fitness blogger, I’m sure you’re already thinking that I’m talking about motivation to get to the gym or to run an extra mile, but that’s not the extent of this piece of advice. In fact, more than a healthy body, I want to help others achieve a healthy mind! It’s overlooked, but when your mental game is there, everything else falls into place! Have you heard of mantras? Think of them as a theme of the week or day. Personally, I have a few quotes that I go to when I encounter an obstacle, and they remind me of who I am, what I have already accomplished, what my values and goals are, and they give me the motivation to continue on; this will certainly help you practice self-love.

Accountability Photo: Health eating and being consistent with eating those healthy meals, for me, is all about cooking in bulk so that when hunger strikes, I already have options available and ready to eat.

    You are definitely right about the mentality a person has to have when going through a lifestyle change. That right there is one of the most important aspects of living a healthier life, but so many people seem to miss it.

    Hi, I just purchased your arms circuit and in your description it says it would include ab movement descriptions ( "I included my personal training tips and exercise descriptions for the abs movements."). I don't see that in the pdf file. Is this a typo? Also what do you consider as moderate weight? Thanks
