Tip of the Day: Grilling is my meal prep go-to. It makes cooking meat in bulk so much easier as it is time effective. I love outdoor grilling, but as a born and raised Wisconsin girl, I know the pain of wanting to grill when the temperature is below zero. Not worth it to me! I invested in a grill pan when I was in college and fell in love! You can find them reasonably priced at stores like Target and Walmart. The pan itself is like a grill, providing the same, great “fresh-off-the-grill” taste and even the grill marks (pictured below). You can’t get on as much meat at one time as you could on an outdoor grill, but this is definitely a kitchen tool I highly recommend.

When you purchased Day 4, was is the same workout as Day 3? Didn't know if it was just a typo, or a purchase of the same article.
