Tip of the Day: My top tip for fat loss! I wish a had a super, juicy secret to share with you for how you can lose fat fast, quick, and easy. However, the truth is, while you can begin to see results in a short period of time, the key to losing fat and keeping it off is consistency and persistence. First off, it is important to understand losing fat is different that losing weight. Weight is what can be measured by a scale; losing weight can come from losing water weight, muscle mass, and fat. Contrary, losing fat is more difficult to determine and takes a bit longer. Consistency- it’s not about one healthy meal or one really sweaty workout, rather it comes down to committing to more healthy choices on a regular basis. At first, it takes effort, but this energy becomes effortless when healthy choices become habit. Persistence- when it comes to losing fat, you will have to embrace a bad day because it will happen. Learning how to bounce back from bad days will determine your results; rely on your healthy habits to keep you on track.
Love your tip of the day in this post! Consistency and persistence really make such a huge impact. It's about being in it for the long haul – not just 1 day or 1 week. I really enjoyed your post today!
I have bad days sometimes and it's always good to remember it's OK to slip every once in a while as long as you pick yourself up and continue eating right and exercising. It's a lifestyle – not a diet – and when you learn to see it that way then everything falls into place. Good reminder, thanks!
