Tip of the Day: Find healthy hobbies to incorporate into your life. It’s easy to let healthy living consume you instead of build you up. For instance, you may begin experiencing feelings of guilt when indulging in unhealthy food or when you don’t make it to the gym. For this reason, it is important to include healthy activities and hobbies into your daily routine to keep your life balanced. Life is too short to worry about a missed workout, so keep the bus moving. I do so by packing my schedule with activities including, a 5K with friends, hiking, scrapbooking, crafting, cooking, book clubs, traveling, etc. Balance is key to letting go of the “worries” of healthy living; if you’re doing it right, it should be an enjoyable lifestyle!
