    I'm in good shape, but would love to have your body (mega muscle definition) in two months for a trip I'm taking! I did gymnastic for 16 years (although I haven't done it for 14 years haha) but I still build muscle pretty quickly because of it. Is this possible?! Please say yes 🙂 About how long did it take you to go from in shape to defined? Thanks!

    Hey Lauren. I just have a quick question for you. For the incline bench rows your stomach is on the inclined bench, right? And for the flat bench rows do you lay down on your stomach on the flat bench or is this like a bent over single arm rows?
