Chest & Back – 3/6

Chest:
-Incline dumbbell chest press
     superset with decline push ups
-Flat bench dumbbell chest press
     superset with incline push ups

Back:
-Wide grip lat pull downs
     superset with reverse grip lat pull downs
-Seated cable rows
-Stiff arm cable push downs

out while trying to stick to your health and fitness goals can be
tricky when you don’t know how to order. I’ve shared that my top tip is
ordering off the menu, especially in regards to the preparation of the
food. Most times, it’s not the food items themselves that are unhealthy,
rather the way they are cooked and flavored. Here a a few key words to
look for that may help you when perusing the menu. Always be polite and
most restaurants will be more than willing to answer questions and
accommodate your requests.
