Back & Glutes – 3/27

Back:
-Seated cable rows
-Bent over barbell rows
     superset with supermans
-Assisted pull ups
-Lat pull downs

Glutes:
-Single leg dumbbell dead lifts
-Weighted glute bridges
     superset with jump squats
-Reverse hyperextensions on exercise ball

Tip of the Day: Make a plan of attack for your day to boost productivity. I am all about time management and further developing my time management skills. Personally, I’ve found that the more I have to do, the more I get done, so I embrace busy days. I want to share with you one technique that helps me manage my tasks in a timely fashion. Basically, I use the notes section on my iPhone, which conveniently hooks up to the notes on my iPad and MacBook, so I’m always viewing an updated version. I leave a line for each hour I am awake & write a short plan for how my time will be spent that hour. I like to think of this as an organized to do list with a plan. Sometimes I’ll even jot down a to do list, then organize it in this form. I hope this helps you as much as it helps me stay on top of things.
