Tip of the Day: Let’s look on the bright side… there are benefits to morning workouts. I’ve been working out regularly for 7 1/2 years (only getting “serious” the past 2 years), but I would say 85% of those workouts took place in the afternoon or evening. Currently, my workouts have been mostly in the morning, and I’ve found one major benefit: focus. When I workout in the AM, it’s typically because my day is filled with school, work, meetings, and other commitments, so I only give myself around 45min for that morning workout. I know that I have to stay focused and watch the length of my rest time in order to ensure I get my full workout in before I have to be out the door. This is something I never encountered when working out in the evening.
I always workout in the mornings before I leave and for me it's the best time of the day. In the evenings I'm kinda slack and tired and not as concentrated as in the mornings…
xx
I can totally relate! Morning workouts are a good way to get it in before a busy day interferes!

I have found that working out during my lunch break has worked the best for me. I end up having roughly 45 min as well to pump out my work out. I love having less rest time and focus knowing I have a time limit. It gives me a certain "work out high" thats makes me want to go back the next day! I always feel motivated at that time of the day (morning, too tired and evening too worn out). I have tried both and I end up slacking off too much. I have done the lunch routine for roughly 8 months and I think its the time for me!
