Close grip lat pull downs > wide grip lat pull downs. There are so many different variations, but I personally feel my lats engage best with close grip.

Tip of the Day: Buying on a budget. Personally, there are things I have no problem spending money on and others I wouldn’t consider spending money on while furthering my personal health and fitness goals. Eating out – even if it is a healthy option – on a regular basis is not something I justify. It typically costs me around $10 to grab a meal on the go if I fail to prepare one; I can make a full days worth of meals (5-6 meals) for around that same price. While $10 may not seem like much in the moment, if you do so 4x per week for a full month, that’s $160/month and $1,920/year. I bet you could think of something fun you’d like to do with that money! By cutting out buying meals on the go, you will not only save money, but also stay on track with your health and fitness goals.
