NEW YEAR 2013!!!! Shoulders – 1/1

HAPPY 2013!!!!!!!!
Shoulders:
-dumbbell shoulder press
-rear delt cable pulls with rope
     -superset with cable side lateral raises
-dumbbell upright row
     -superset with 30sec front raise holds
TIP OF THE DAY: Happy 2013 all! Yesterday, I suggested taking a look back and enjoying your accomplishments over the past year. Today, I suggest keeping your eyes on the future! The end/beginning of years doesn’t so much signify an end or a beginning, rather a reminder to continue to improve on the things we love and care about most. For most of us, we have our new years resolutions surrounding a better body, stricter diet, more intense workouts, etc. – which are all great! However, as we work on a healthy lifestyle, we must sustain a balance! May 2013 bring you health, happiness, love and success!

FYI: I just wanted to let you all know, I am back up at school for a winter course. I will try my very best to keep up posting as much as I can, but wanted to forewarn if blog posting slacks – 3 weeks of neuroscience 4 hours a day will be to blame 😉 I WILL be making time to get in my workouts but time for posting may be limited. I had a wonderful winter break with my family, friends & boyfriend; holidays are always a reminder of just how blessed I really am – I hope you all experienced the same!
Christmas 2012
2012 was such an amazing year & I am so excited for all the amazingness 2013 will bring! This guy has been a big part of my happiness in the past year & I am very fortunate for the love in my life! This upcoming year will be bringing wonderful and exciting changes & I can’t wait 🙂
This may be the most anti typical NYE dress, but I am absolutely obsessed with it.
