Chest & Triceps Circuit (Week 3) – 11/19

-Bosu ball push ups
-Triangle push ups
-1min cardio
x3

-Assisted dips
-Bent over resistance band (or dumbbell) kickbacks
-1min cardio
x3

-Dumbbell incline bench press
-Overhead dumbbell extensions
-1min cardio
x3

-Chest press machine
-Bear walk to plank (see video)
-1min cardio
x3

Tip of the Day: Bear walk to plank video how to! This exercise is a great upper body and abdominal movement. I threw in an optional push up for an advanced variation. In a circuit, this movement is challenging as your chest muscles are getting very little rest, so that deep muscle breakdown is going to occur and your upper body is going to burn – in a good way 😉
