Back & Biceps (Week 3) – 11/21

Back:
Lat pull downs
-Single arm cable rows
     superset with bent over dumbbell row
-Inverted rows
-Stiff arm pushdowns

Biceps:
-Barbell curls against incline bench
     superset with dumbbell hammer culrs
-Cable curls with EZ bar

Tip of the Day: Be your own motivation! Find your own motivation! Motivation comes in all forms, and it may look very different from one person to the next. Personally, I think the best motivation is yourself. Here is a picture of myself from this summer – I LOVE fit arms, but for me seeing that muscle definition is all about sticking to my meal plan, so that is the motivation I see behind myself in this picture! Find one that brings you back to a place where you felt as though you were in alignment with your goals. You are your only competition, so be your own motivation!

 My second favorite form of motivation – gym gear 😉 Think of it as an investment in yourself and in your health! It really is very superficial, but it works! When I crack open a new box of sneakers, I’m exited to hit the treadmill for weeks! As the cooler weather rolls in, I’m loving these Lululemon layers for morning workouts 🙂 Whatever it motivation it takes for you…get yourself there!
