As of late, it’s all about tightening that waist and building the curves for me! But what it is really all about is loving your body for how it looked yesterday, how it looks today, and how it will look tomorrow. I can drive myself crazy thinking one day I look to full then the next I look too small; learning to be content with your body on both the good days and the bad is what I love most about this journey!
Fitness Barbie Gym Style:

Shoes: Nike Frees
Tip of the Day: Curb those cravings through simple tricks. No, a handful of grapes isn’t on the Fitness Barbie weekly meal plan, but either is cookie cake your coworker bought in at work or the piece of pizza your husband offers you. Life is all about choices; as individuals conscious of our health and fitness goals, we are constantly making choices to say no to bad food and opt for our healthy meals. Still, situations arise when we will take a piece of the cookie cake or some of the hubby’s pizza. Maybe, just maybe instead of that – have your plan B prepared…..frozen grapes! I simply freeze some grapes and if I feel like I’m going to give in to something else, I regain my will power and pop some frozen grapes – they’re like chilled candies 🙂
Song of the Day: Royals -Lorde
I totally found myself bicep curling to this beat – try it & I swear you’ll find it’s a great pace 😉
QUESTION OF THE DAY: How do you curb cravings?

This is a great article and I love you workout routine. I stared lifting heavily a few years ago and I love it. I have improved a lot of exercises and increased my results due to hard work and the proper workout supplements. I did not know much about supplements before training so I did a lot of research to make sure I was taking the proper ones. I also did not know much about the machines at the gym so I also did some research on the best workout machines. Each one has different purposes and they work different muscles. I really wanted to buy a machine for home but my neighbor told me it is important to learn about Fitness Blowout Complaints before buying a machine.
