Dollar a Day Training Program

Want
to be my training partner? Want to hear me whispering in your ear, “One
more rep. Do not stop. Keep going.?” Here’s your chance! 
I’ve been
approached about online training, but wanted to be able to create a more
individualized program without excluding anyone. My “dollar a day training” program is a downloadable jpg image – can be printed out on a
computer or saved to a camera roll/photo album right to your mobile
device to use at the gym; it includes weight, sets, and rep ranges in
order to sculpt a fit body with curves made of muscle! Also, exclusive
training tips will be included in the downloadable version to enhance
your workouts!

    This is so cute! I found your blog a few months ago now, and have kinda started doing my workouts the day after yours so that I can use some of your plans. This is a nice idea and I'll definitely be trying it out. where do you get most of your info and training inspiration from?

    Yay I'm excited!! Great idea! Can't wait to start, I already love your workouts but I do get stuck what weights I should be using for toning/ building etc. I'm so happy for u I hope it all goes well I'm sure it will!
