Back, Glutes & Weighted Abs – 8/23

Back:
-Assisted pull ups
-Cable rows
     -Superset with bent over barbell rows
-Stiff arm cable push downs
-Pulls ups to failure

Glutes:
-Plie squats
     -Superset with box jumps
-Bulgarian split squats
     -Single leg dead lifts

Weighted Abs: 3 movements of varying sets and reps using weight to build the abdominal muscles

I like to call this a “figure 8,” meaning a sculpted back, tight waist, and fit backside!
