Arms Circuit – 8/5

-Barbell bicep curls
-Lying barbell close grip bench press
-60sec mountain climbers
x3

-Dumbbell shoulder press
-Dumbbell bicep curls
-10 burpees
 x3

-Cable rope triceps extensions
-Cable rope hammer curls
-60sec mountain climbers
x3

-Dumbbell side lateral raises
-Dumbbell upright rows
-10 burpees
x3

    I just found your blog yesterday and absolutely love the format of your posts! The workouts are right up my alley (I did your 8/1 leg workout yesterday!) and I love your motivational tips. One question; what are your feelings on carb cycling?

      Thank you – I'm glad you love it! As for carb cycling, all I can say is that I tried it once and learned that my body didn't respond as well as I hoped. I truly believe carbs are essential on a daily basis and should remain rather constant over a period of time. Obviously, it works for some when done correctly, meaning for that one individual (their goals, metabolism, etc.), but I think keeping them constant can yield great results!
