Cardio & Abs (stairs workout):
-3min walking (warm up)
-run up the stairs (I like to go up every other step)
-10 “box jumps” onto a step
-20 toe touches seated on a step
-walk or jog down stairs
….repeat as many times as desired
-3min walking (cool down)

Eat Clean to Get Lean: I’m
a total “simple clean eater.” I’m so impressed with clean eating
alternatives to cakes and cookies, but my talents aren’t in the kitchen,
even when following a recipe. I use as few ingredients as possible
& prep requiring the shortest amount of time. Today’s lunch: shrimp
over risotto topped with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Delicious,
quick, and clean!
