Chest & Shoulders – 6/30

Chest & Shoulders
Chest:
-cable cross overs
-incline dumbbell press
     -superset with incline push ups (hands on bench)
-flat bench dumbbell flyes

Shoulders:
-dumbbell shoulder press
     -superset with dumbbell side lateral raises
-cable upright row
-rear delt cable flyes

-15min cardio

What motivates me? What keeps me going? That feeling of looking in the mirror, liking what you’re seeing and feeling proud of your accomplishments.
Figure 8, S-shaped, whatever you would like to call it – I’M LOVING IT!  Fit and built upper and lower body with a tight waist 🙂

Daily Dose of Motivation: It’s your choice. We are creatures of habit, and unfortunately, making excuses is a bad habit we can easily slide into. “Tomorrow,” “next time,” “later” are all excuses we may make for our health and fitness. In the end, you have the ultimate choice between excuses OR progress.
Eat Clean to Get Lean: A
cup of juice from a fresh juice bar may cost you up to $8. Juicers
range in price from $50-$1000s. A piece of medium sized fruit may only
yield around 4oz of juice. BUT have you ever thought about how much a
hospital visit or a trip to your doctor costs? The cost of prescription
drugs to treat preventable health conditions? Invest in your health.
Invest in yourself.

    Which lululemon pants are these? Do u get the wunder under ones?
    i'm ordering some new workout pants but its so hard to know which ones to get! I want some tight fitting ones They look awful when there baggy or bunched up.

    How long would you say your workouts last? I have been following a program over a month now, and the woman estimates about an hour in weight training (which for me is almost always 1 hr and 45) 5 days a week and an additional hour cardio those same 5 days. I just feel like it is a lot!

    When I start something I always put my all in– but what is your take? Do you think that is way too much?

      I would say that is a bit long! Personally, I will not work out for more than one hour. Studies have shown that benefits of working out plummet around the 60 minute mark. I like high intensity workouts that are shorter in length! Anywhere from 30-60min.
