Cardio & Abs

-25min HIIT
1min sprint, no incline
1min jog, high incline
45sec slow-moderate pace, no incline
-3 min moderate page, no incline (cool down)
Abs:
3×20 of 3 ab movements of your choice
TIP OF THE DAY: Training abs without actually training abs! Huh?! I get asked a lot how often I train my abs & what I do for them. To be completely honest, there are weeks that go by when I don’t even train abs. I’ve found the best ab exercises are done in the kitchen by eating healthy. Also, the trick to a tight core is how you integrate that into your weight training. Proper form of any movement, such as squats or push ups, should center on a contracted core. Because I practice good form with my weight training, I feel as though my core is getting the best workout: more than any 15-20 minute ab session should give me!
Lauren,
Thank you for always posting your workouts and so many helpful tips. I came across your blog and instagram a few days ago and am so surprised at all the valuable information you put out there. Like you said, most people would charge hundreds of dollars for this kind of information. I just started doing your bikini workout and I love it already. Thanks again for being so kind and informative!
Hi Kristen,
Thank you for your sweet words! I enjoy it just as much as you all hopefully do as well 🙂
