Chest & Tricpes
Chest:
-incline dumbbell chest press
-superset with incline dumbbell flys
-push up with elevated hands
-superset with girl push ups
Triceps:
-seated single arm dumbbell overhead extensions (pictured)
-superset with bench dips
*Instead of high weight & lots of movements, I focused on reps (25+ minimum)
I love this movement – it’s a great alternative to using just one dumbbell & I feel like I have more control throughout the movement!
