Cardio Day – 3/3

Cardio Day:
-5min walking (warm up)
-30min inclined fast pace walking/jogging mix
     2min walking
     1-2min jogging
-5 min walking (cool down)

TIP OF THE DAY: Lazy girl tips! We all have those days where we seem to push off our workout until the last possible moment, procrastinating every step of the way! (Today, that was me!) Here are 3 simple tips to get you over those lazy moments:

(1) Reward system. No, you do not get to treat yourself with junk food after your workout, but reward yourself with something positive. For instance, make time for a manicure or a bubble bath after your workout!

(2) Download new music. Hit the iTunes store and download a few new songs or create a new playlist for your workout. You may just get so excited to listen to these new songs that you’ll suddenly be in a rush to get to the gym!

(3) Look at motivation quotes/pictures. The power of your thoughts/mind is immense and simply letting a few inspiration quotes or pictures run through your brain is enough to motivate your to get over your own laziness and to the gym!
