-5min walking (warm up)
-30min jogging (HR 145-155bpm)
-5 min walking (cool down)
TIP OF THE DAY: As I suggested in my video blog a few days ago, try looking for “healthier” options while dining out on vacation. What exactly is a “healthier” option?! My favorite is to order a piece of fish with a side of veggies, and I always begin with a side salad (perfect way to get in greens & fill your belly prior). I often ask for my fish to not topped in butter, creamy sauces, etc. Don’t be afraid to ask for special cooking accommodations as many restaurants are more than wiling.
I took my workout outside today and enjoyed a beautiful run in the warm sunshine 🙂
