    Hi Lauren! I'm so glad I found this video before I wrote a post asking, "Hey girl, how much weight do you do?" This video definitely explains why. I found this video a little more reassuring with my fitness goals. Lately, I've been reading a lot of fitness articles and one seems to contradict the other… "Always lift heavy for maximum tone!" "Never lift heavy!" It can be very frustrating but this video helped calm my frustration. Hearing fitness advice from someone's mouth is a lot more reassuring than just reading something. Look forward to more posts as always!
