Hi Bryanna, you're welcome! Thank you for your sweet words. I have the Polar FT4 HR monitor (there is an FT7 option as well), but the FT4 model is actually more popular & will serve all the necessary functions! I love it, and after no time you get used to the chest band!
I love your blog! Checked out iherb and found that amazon is quite cheaper, specially if you do the subscribe and save. Only way I am able to get all my super foods.
