Chest & Triceps – 1/25

Chest & Triceps
Chest:
-push ups on floor
-flat bench barbell bench press
-incline dumbbell press
     -superset with incline dumbbell flys
-push ups off bench

Triceps:
-standing reverse grip cable extensions with handle attachments
-lying triceps extension with rope (pictured)
-bench dips

I’ve featured this exercise once before, but it’s becoming one of my favorites; this is a great variation to the standing cable rope extension. Be sure not to let your elbows flop all over!
Happy FLEX Friday – I did the barbell bench press today because it is an exercise that empowers me. Show yourself your strength today whether it’s pushing yourself with weight in the gym or standing in the mirror admiring your hard work! Just because today is Friday does not mean you need to lose sight of your diet or skip your workout!

Yesterday on Instagram (@laurengleisberg), I posted my iHerb order that arrived! For
any of you who are struggling to find stores near you with a good
health food/product selection, check out iHerb.com! Some of my favorite
Whole Foods items are on there at a much cheaper price too! The
selection is unbelievable, the prices are great, and it ships in just a
few days! For those of you interested, they sent me a coupon code to
share with first time buyers – DTL682 to receive $10 off a purchase of
$40 or more & $5 off smaller purchases!

Some of my favorite items to order from iHerb:
-PB2 (available in regular & chocolate flavors)
-NuNaturals liquid stevia (vanilla & lemon flavored)
-Tazo China Green Tips tea
-Now Foods raw pumpkin seeds (I season with stevia & cinnamon & bake)
-Sriracha hot sauce (available in most grocery stores, but I always have a hard time finding it)
-Bob’s Red Mill coconut flour, gluten free
-Bob’s Red Mill almond meal

I love iHerb! Seriously, unbelievable selection. I wanted to thank you for your knowledgeable posts, you're a big inspiration to me! Also, I'm looking for a good hrm. What kind of polar do you have, and do you like it? Thanks again!

Hi Bryanna, you're welcome! Thank you for your sweet words. I have the Polar FT4 HR monitor (there is an FT7 option as well), but the FT4 model is actually more popular & will serve all the necessary functions! I love it, and after no time you get used to the chest band!
