Cardio (Treadmill & Boxing) & Abs – 1/9

Cardio & Abs:
Treadmill
-5 min walking (warm up)
-20 min HIIT
    45sec sprint
    30sec jog
    45sec walk
…repeat for 20min

Boxing + Ab Circuit
20 min:
-1min alternating punches
-1 min crunches
-30sec rest
-1min RRRL, kick/ LLLR, kick
-1min plank
…repeat for 20min

TIP OF THE DAY: Personalization! This was a great workout; it may seem challenging but don’t be afraid – there are sufficient amounts of rest periods and always keep in mind that you can personalize all of my workouts, so if you need a longer rest period then cut some time out of sprinting or if you want more boxing than crunches, adjust however desired!

Use every workout as an opporutnity to gain strength & confidence instead of a time to focus on burning calories & losing weight – you may be surprised just how peaceful your mind becomes 🙂 
Boxing is my favorite way to gain strength & confidence in the form of a workout!
