TIP OF THE DAY: Enjoy the holidays without getting behind! A healthy lifestyle includes balance and after all, the holidays only come around once a year. Don’t forget to continue to get in your healthy meals, even though a delicious feats may be coming. Eating regularly and high protein meals throughout the day will keep your metabolism going so that Christmas dinner doesn’t end up on your thighs 😉 Don’t feel guilty about enjoying; if you’ve worked hard with your workouts and diets, a few bad meals won’t break you… just be sure to have a plan on how to get back on track come December 26th 🙂 Merry Christmas eve all!
