Cardio & Ab Circuit – 12/18 (DAY 19)

Cardio & Abs
Cardio:
-5 min walking (warm up)
-Intervals
    2min jog
    1min sprint
    2min inclined walking
…repeat 5 times
-5 min walking (cool down

*This cardio workout was a little in between HIIT and a long, steady cardio session. This cardio workout would serve as a good transition for those of you who are traditional treadmill walkers or anyone who is hesitant to try HIIT cardio. As always, modify this workout to fit you – increase or decrease the amount spent jogging or add a rest period in if needed!

Ab Circuit with Bosu Ball: (all movements pictured)
-Bosu ball sit ups
-Bosu ball bicycles
-Bosu ball mountain climbers (focus on staying in a solid plank position)
-Bosu ball side crunch
…rest & repeat 3-4 times

Today’s ab circuit; this circuit was great at hitting all your core muscles!
