Ever have those days where you just want to get on a treadmill, tune out the world and runnnn? Today was just that 🙂

TIP OF THE DAY: Happy PUMPday! As the cooler weather comes and we bring out the bulky sweaters, don’t let that be an excuse to slack on your health & fitness. Showing less skin does not mean you can hide behind clothing. Dig deeper and find a deeper motivation to get you through the fall. Take some time today and write down 3 of your goals from now through the end of the year. Do you want to become a runner? How about trying a new cardio class? Or starting to make the transition over to weights? Every day, every workout, ever set is precious; don’t let time escape you!

New leopard Nike free runs – fitness fabulosity. Since I have an obvious issue with people having the same stuff as me, I’m hoping these hard to find shoes will be rocked by me and only me 😉

Keep it simple; eat clean!
