Chest & Triceps
Chest:
-incline dumbbell press
-incline dumbbell fly
-push ups off bench
-cable cross over
Triceps:
-dips of bench
-cable pushdowns with handles (reverse grip)
-overhead dumbbell extension
-abs
TIP OF THE DAY: Who doesn’t love toned arms – don’t forget about those triceps on the backs of your arms. Dips are a great way to tone them and can be done in the gym or right in your home off of a chair or stool! Add weight to your thighs to increase the difficulty – keep those elbows from popping out from your body and control the movement as pictured.
