Chest & Triceps 9/19

AM: 25min treadmill

PM: Chest & Triceps
Chest:
-incline dumbbell press
-incline dumbbell fly
-pec dec machine fly
-chest press machine

Triceps:
-assisted dip machine
-lying overhead barbell extensions
     -superset with lying close grip barbell press

TIP OF THE DAY: Spend your day getting organized; fitness starts with organization (organize your meals, organize your workouts, organize your BAG – see previous post to find out how)

Never sacrifice…multitask (reading my book during cardio; not ideal, but you gotta get it all in)
Happy to have the gym all to myself this evening!
FitnessBarbie style: spice up a bun with a scarf (even with fitness clothes) 🙂
