PM: Chest and Triceps
Chest:
-incline dumbbell press
-flat bench dumbbell fly
-chest press machine
-push ups
Triceps:
-cable pushdowns with bar
-dumbbell kickbacks
-overhead dumbbell extensions
TIP OF THE DAY: Be careful about condiments! Butter, mayonnaise, ketchup, ranch, salad dressings – they’re all tasty and often used to make healthy foods tasty. If you’re struggling with a plateau of weight loss and looking for a place to make a change, try eliminating condiments. Alternatives? Try salt free seasonings – there are plenty on the market in a variety of flavors that will spice up your food without the added calories!

I had someone watching over me all workout (literally) – small gym problems!
A little bright today – I guess I don’t ALWAYS wear black from head to toe to the gym 😉
