Cardio Day 9/9

Cardio Day:
-40min outdoor walk/run (walk on inclines, run on straightaways)

TIP OF THE DAY: Rest and recovery. Sunday is my favorite day to take some time to rest up. Rest does the body just as much good as a hard workout. Without resting, you muscles will not be able to recover from the workouts you are doing. If you want to actually see benefits, take some time out of your busy life to rest up. My favorite way to “rest” is by doing lots of yoga stretching exercises and to clear my mind. Get rested up and  geared up for a great week!

Got lots of new lulu gear today – I just LOVE their cutout tanks 🙂
