Cardio Day:
AM: 30min stair stepper
PM: 40 min treadmill

TIP OF THE DAY:
Stop trying to prove your haters
wrong, and start proving your supporters right. How many times have you thought
to yourself, “just wait until ( fill in the blank) sees me.” Far too
often, we focus on the negative aspects of things. Take a look around… there
are plenty of positive, loving supporters around you. Start highlighting those
who lift you up and stop focusing on the few who would love to see you fall: at
the end of the day, it’s really just their problem. Count on your hand 5 people
who support you through everything – start proving them right 🙂
Cardio 1 & 2 with the boyfriend – there is no love like a love of health and fitness 😉
