Cardio Day 9/1

Cardio:
-45 min treadmill (skipping, inclined walking, jogging – repeat)

TIP OF THE DAY: September 1st already?! A new beginning of the month means another reason to reset and refocus. Summer is coming to an end and a season where we can start packing on the layers (of clothing) is ahead; the “bikini body” goal is gone and now motivation may appear a little more challenging. Make this motivation about YOU! Forget the bikini body, making your friends or ex jealous, how you will look at you next event, and think about you, how regaining health will make you feel, and all the confidence you will gain.  When you look good you feel good and when you feel good you look good 🙂

Opened the cardio room this morning – what did you do to kick start a healthy weekend?
Happy Labor Day weekend! A day on the lake with my family.
My mom brought me a basil plant – loveeee cooking with basil!
